La medida tiene como objetivo ampliar el acceso de personas migrantes al empleo formal, fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n laboral y responder a la escasez de talento en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos.<br><br>La propuesta contempla una modificaci\u00f3n a la Ley Federal del Trabajo para ajustar los porcentajes de contrataci\u00f3n actualmente exigidos a las empresas.
