Como consecuencia, los documentos p\u00fablicos emitidos en Argelia podr\u00e1n acreditar su autenticidad mediante la Apostilla de La Haya cuando vayan a surtir efectos en otro Estado parte del Convenio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Apostilla sustituye el procedimiento tradicional de legalizaci\u00f3n consular entre los Estados que forman parte del Convenio, simplificando la utilizaci\u00f3n internacional de documentos p\u00fablicos. No obstante, este sistema \u00fanicamente resulta aplicable entre los pa\u00edses adheridos al Convenio de La Haya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para los documentos que deban producir efectos en pa\u00edses que no sean parte del Convenio, continuar\u00e1 siendo necesario seguir el procedimiento de legalizaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La incorporaci\u00f3n de Argelia al Convenio representa un paso m\u00e1s hacia la simplificaci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1mites documentales internacionales y facilita el uso de documentos p\u00fablicos entre los Estados adheridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fuente:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/infoextranjeria.org\/2026\/07\/13\/apostilla-de-la-haya-en-argelia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/infoextranjeria.org\/2026\/07\/13\/apostilla-de-la-haya-en-argelia\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Algeria has joined the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents. As a result, public documents issued in Algeria may now be authenticated with a Hague Apostille when they are intended for use in another State party to the Convention. The Apostille replaces the traditional consular legalisation process between States that are party to the Convention, simplifying the international use of public documents. However, this system applies only when both countries involved are members of the Hague Convention. Where documents are intended for use in a country that is not party to the Convention, the relevant legalisation procedure will continue to apply. Algeria\u2019s accession to the Convention represents a further step toward simplifying international document procedures and facilitates the use of public documents between participating States.
