Venezuela’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced an online application process for Tourism (T) and Business (TRN) visas through the Cancillería Digital portal. Applicants must register, complete the online application form, and upload the required documentation, including a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity, evidence of financial solvency, a travel itinerary, a hotel reservation or invitation letter, and, for business visas, supporting corporate documentation.

The new system has reduced the need for in-person procedures, strengthening immigration compliance controls and improving the tracking of visa applications.

It also supports advance planning for international mobility processes and helps companies and professionals meet immigration requirements more efficiently.
